Private E-bike tour around the Myoko Kogen or Kita-Shinano(Northern Nagano) area, blessed with rich nature and culture, on cross bikes/MTBs with electric power assist. The route may be a tough one with many ups and downs, but you can take on the challenge with the help of the electric assist.

Soba Making Class
You will make soba (buckwheat noodles), a traditional Japanese from locally grown buckwheat flour. 2-4 people per group will work together to make soba for 3-4 servings which will be served with vegetable tempura at the end of the class.
