0% Refund if you cancel after the start of the trip or non-participation without notice
Cancellations made after the start of the scheduled tour are not eligible for any refund. We regret any inconvenience this may cause but appreciate your understanding as we plan our resources and services in advance.
50% Refund if you cancel on the day
Guests who choose to cancel their reservation on the day of the tour date will receive a 50% refund of the total tour fee. This partial refund reflects our commitment to fairness and acknowledges the advanced preparations made on our end.
60% Refund if you cancel the day before the tour
Guests who choose to cancel their reservation the day before the tour date will receive a 60% refund of the total tour fee. This partial refund reflects our commitment to fairness and acknowledges the advanced preparations made on our end.
70% Refund if you cancel up to 7 days before the start of the tour
Guests who choose to cancel their reservation up to 7 days before the tour date will receive a 70% refund of the total tour fee. This partial refund reflects our commitment to fairness and acknowledges the advanced preparations made on our end.
80% Refund up to 20 days before the start date of the trip (10th day for day trips)
Guests who cancel 20 days before the start date of the tour (10th day for day trips) will be eligible for an 80% refund of the tour fee. This allows us to make necessary adjustments and ensures you have the flexibility you need.
100% Refund until 21 days before the departure date of the tour
We value your commitment to Discover Myoko. Guests who cancel 21 days or more before the scheduled tour date will be eligible for a full 100% refund of the tour fee. This allows us to make necessary adjustments and ensures you have the flexibility you need.

Exceptions
Discover Myoko reserves the right to make exceptions to the tour itinerary up to and including canceling the tour under special circumstances, such as emergencies, war, riots, suspension of travel services such as transportation/accommodation facilities, orders from public offices, or other reasons beyond our control such as weather conditions and natural disasters. We encourage open communication and will do our best to inform and assist you in such cases and offer refunds where required.
