Mochiya is a small Japanese and Western confectionery store in Myoko Kogen. It is located at the base of Mt. Myoko (one of the 100 famous mountains in Japan), where sweets are made and sold. A wide variety of Japanese sweets, baked goods, croissants (Friday and Saturday only) are available. There is also our famous Myoko Sable in the shape of Mt. Myoko

Rice flour butter chiffon cake
Rice flour butter chiffon is a certified product of Myoko City. The rice flour used is Koshihikari from Niigata Prefecture. The fermented butter used to creates a good scent to the cake.
